In addition to the rental fee, the renter must also pay an $85.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. All evening and weekend day rental must pay a refundable $250.00 deposit to secure their rental. Weekday daytime rentals may have their deposit waived at the discretion of the executive director.
The items included in the rental fee are as follows:
- The use of the Main Hall and Courtyard, including restrooms and a prep area for caterers.
- Cleaning and preparation of the building (indoors and out) for event.
- Building decorations, including the use of plants, the fountain and track lighting.
- Use of the sound system, podium, and projector system.
- Tables, chairs, and linens are not provided and are not part of the rental fee.
