In addition to the rental fee, the renter must also pay an $85.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.  All evening and weekend day rental must pay a refundable $250.00 deposit to secure their rental.  Weekday daytime rentals may have their deposit waived at the discretion of the executive director.

 

The items included in the rental fee are as follows:

 

  • The use of the Main Hall and Courtyard, including restrooms and a prep area for caterers.
  • Cleaning and preparation of the building (indoors and out) for event.
  • Building decorations, including the use of plants, the fountain and track lighting.
  • Use of the sound system, podium, and projector system.
  • Tables, chairs, and linens are not provided and are not part of the rental fee.

In addition to the rental fee, the renter must pay a non-refundable $85.00 cleaning fee.  For those renting the Heritage Museum or the Heritage complex, renters must also pay a $250.00 refundable deposit to secure their rental.  Renters of the Vezzetti Room and the Vezzetti & Aiken rooms may have their deposits waived at the discretion of the executive director.

The Aiken Room will not be available for rental until December 2010.
 

Renters of the Heritage Complex have included in their rental fee the use of tables, chairs, the sound system, the projector and screen, and the podium.  Not included in the price are linens.  The Cemetery Center does not have tables and chairs and they are not included in the rental price.

 

Guided tours of rental locations are available.  For groups of 29 people or less, it is $20.00.  For groups of 30 people or more, it is $50.00.  Tours are available of the Heritage Museum, the Stillman House and the Historic City Cemetery.
